Yes, YOU, you are very important to OntORA’s future.
If we wish to continue progressing as a society, and as an organization, there needs to be a periodic infusion of new and fresh ideas and new people. With some seasoned and proven veterans as part of the team, we also need new blood, people with the acumen and abilities required to lead by example.
The success of OntORA requires that we elect officers who can demonstrate true leadership, a team spirit, an absence of personal egotism, people who love the outdoors and cherish our God-given right to access our own lands and forests.
Are YOU one of these men or women who could serve us as a leader? We think that you are – if you are already devoted to equal public access of our Crown lands, the conservation and sustainability of our great outdoors, you already possess some of the right qualities to become an executive member of OntORA.
The AGM and elections are fast approaching – please seriously consider being a candidate for a position on the executive. Please be with us on April 19th at the Canadian Motor Hotel in Sault Ste. Marie to help nominate and vote for a slate of officers to move us forward, and not backwards.
Oui, TOI, tu es très important à l’avenir d’OntORA.
La continuation de progrès dans le monde, et dans l’organisation d’OntORA demande un certain montant de nouveau. Avec les bons vétérans doués d’expériences pour nous guider, ça prend aussi du nouveau sang, des nouvelles personnes avec des atouts et des habilités uniques et en demande.
La réussite d’OntORA a besoin des officiers élus dans l’exécutif qui peuvent démontrer du leadership, le bon exemple, le manque d’égotisme personnel, l’esprit d’équipe, des hommes et femmes qui aiment la nature et la liberté d’accès à nos forêts et nos lacs.
Ès-tu un de ces hommes ou une de ces femmes? Je pense que oui. Si tu ès déjà dévoué à notre liberté d’accès dans les pleins-airs de l’Ontario, tu possèdes certainement des qualités requises pour devenir un membre de l’exécutif d’OntORA. Les élections approchent. Penses-y sérieusement.
Il faut donc continuer à avancer, et non pas reculer. S’il vous plaît, soyez des nôtres à la réunion générale le 19 d’avril à l’hôtel Canadian Motor au Sault Ste. Marie pour nominer et voter pour des candidats qui pousseront OntORA en avant, et non pas de reculons.

Although I cannot attend the annual meeting. I want to make it clear that I support Ontora and their goals. Being from Timmins the road closures and access restrictions are only getting worse in my area of Timmins/Foleyet/Chapleau.
