Crown Land Use Policy Atlas

It appears that the “Crown Land Use Policy Atlas” is a master index for all of the MNR’s “area-specific” land use policies – whatever that is.

The MNR carries out “Land Use Planning” under the authority of the Public Lands Act. This includes planning for provincial parks, conservation reserves, and enhanced management areas, among other things. Note that land use planning decisions are documented in the “Crown Land Use Policy Atlas”, as well as local land use planning documents – in some cases.

Good luck trying to use the Crown Land Use Policy Atlas – it seems to be a pretty complicated piece of work.
