The Nagagamisis Central Plateau signature site includes the following provincial parks and conservation reserves:
- Nagagamisis Provincial Park
- Nagagamisis Lake Provincial Nature Preserve
- Nagagamisis and Nagagami Lake Addition Provincial Park
- Nagagamisis Lake Enhanced Management Area
